Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ArmorFlo Perk Up rebate promotion ("Program") operated by Pugh Lubricants, LLC, doing business as Cadence Petroleum Group ("Company," "Cadence Petroleum Group," "we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a receipt or texting our SMS number to participate, you agree to these Terms in full.
Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree, do not submit a receipt or engage with the Program.
Program Overview
The ArmorFlo Perk Up Program offers cash-back rebates to eligible consumers who purchase qualifying ArmorFlo products from participating automotive service providers and submit a valid receipt for verification within the promotion window.
Rebates are issued in the form of prepaid reward cards and are subject to verification, eligibility requirements, and availability as described in these Terms.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a rebate, you must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older.
- Purchase one or more qualifying ArmorFlo products during the valid promotion period.
- Submit a legible receipt showing the qualifying product(s), purchase date, and retailer within the submission window.
- Provide a valid email address and/or phone number for delivery of your reward.
Employees of Cadence Petroleum Group, its affiliates, distributors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Qualifying Products & Rebate Amounts
Only ArmorFlo-branded motor oil and lubricant products purchased at participating automotive service providers are eligible. The current list of qualifying products and associated rebate amounts is available at https://www.cadenceperkup.com and in the admin portal. Rebate amounts are subject to change without notice.
Only products purchased during the valid promotion window qualify. The current promotion window is displayed on the submission page. Receipts dated outside this window will not be approved.
Submission Requirements
Submissions must meet the following requirements to be considered for approval:
- Receipt image must be clear, legible, and unaltered.
- Receipt must show the product name or description, purchase date, and total amount.
- Each receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions will be denied.
- Submissions may be made via the website or by texting a receipt photo to +1 (336) 551-9252.
- All required fields (name, email) must be completed accurately.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify a submission.
AI-Powered Receipt Verification
Submissions are processed using an AI-powered receipt scanning system that performs fuzzy matching of receipt text against our qualifying product catalog. This system is designed to accurately identify qualifying purchases, including common OCR variations, abbreviations, and minor typos.
AI determinations are made automatically. If you believe your submission was incorrectly denied, you may contact support at /support for manual review within 30 days of your submission.
SMS Messaging Terms
By texting a keyword to +1 (336) 551-9252, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Cadence Petroleum Group related to your rebate submission. Standard message and data rates apply. Message frequency is approximately 3–6 messages per submission.
- Text STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further messages.
- Text HELP for help or visit /support.
- Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers.
Opting out of SMS does not affect a pending rebate submission already in progress.
Reward Fulfillment
Approved rebates will be fulfilled in the form of a prepaid reward card. Allow 6–8 weeks from approval for delivery. Reward cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.
Rebates are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond their face amount. Cadence Petroleum Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable reward cards due to inaccurate information provided by the participant.
Limitations & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to disqualify any submission that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Attempts to game the system, submit altered receipts, or submit on behalf of others will result in permanent disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Limit one rebate submission per qualifying purchase. Multiple submissions of the same receipt will be denied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cadence Petroleum Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to damages arising from technical errors, delays, lost rewards, or inaccurate AI determinations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the value of the rebate for which you submitted.
Program Modifications & Termination
Cadence Petroleum Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Submissions received before termination will be honored subject to these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
