How do I submit a receipt?
Two ways:
  • Web: Go to the home page, drag or upload a photo of your receipt, fill in your name and email, and click Analyze Receipt.
  • SMS: Text CADENCE to +1 (336) 551-9252 and follow the prompts. The bot will ask for your name, email, and then a photo of the receipt.
What products qualify for a rebate?
Eligible ArmorFlo products are listed in the program at time of purchase. The AI scanner checks your receipt against the current active product catalog. If no qualifying items are found, the submission is denied and you'll see a denial reason.
How long does it take to get my rebate?
The AI reviews your receipt within seconds and you'll see an instant approval or denial message. Approved rebates are issued as prepaid reward cards. Allow 6–8 weeks from approval for your card to arrive by mail.
My receipt was denied — what can I do?
The denial message includes a reason. The most common causes are:
  • No qualifying ArmorFlo products were found on the receipt.
  • The purchase date falls outside the current promo window.
  • Product names on the receipt are too blurry or cut off to read.
If you believe the denial was a mistake, email rewards@cadencepetroleum.com with a copy of your receipt and we'll review it manually.
Can I submit multiple receipts?
Yes — each qualifying purchase can be submitted as a separate receipt. There is no per-customer limit as long as each submission represents a distinct purchase.
What phone carriers are supported for SMS?
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to our number for instructions or STOP to unsubscribe.
How do I claim my approved rebate?
After an approval, you'll receive a claim link via SMS and/or a confirmation email. Click the link, enter your shipping address, and submit. Your prepaid card will be mailed within 6–8 weeks.
Is my personal information safe?
We only collect the information needed to process your rebate (name, email, phone number, and receipt images). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
